Coverage: Average of 40-50 square feet per 55 lb bag of rubber granules installed with resin following manufacturer recommended ratios at approximately ¼ inch (6 mm) thick. Coverage will vary greatly with condition and/or type of substrate and application technique and so no guarantee of coverage is offered, expressed or implied.

STORAGE: Liquid materials (resin, solvent etc.) may be stored in their original, unopened container for up to one year from date of purchase between 59-77ºF (15-25ºC). Protect all liquid materials from freezing. Liquid material that has been frozen or is used more than one year after date of purchase is considered damaged, will have no warranty coverage and must be discarded in accordance with your local laws. Keep all rubber granule & silica materials dry and away from sources of heat.

PRECAUTIONS: For all materials, avoid contact with face, eyes and skin. Should any materials get into eyes, flood eyes repeatedly with potable water for 15 minutes and seek immediate medical attention. Do not rub eyes due to granular nature of the materials. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Do not take internally. Always use a NIOSH certified respirator, face & eye protection and chemical gloves with long sleeves when handling any materials. Keep out of reach of children and away from animals. Should any rash or allergic reaction occur seek medical advice. Keep all containers closed and away from sources of heat when not in use. Resin is an isocyanate based polyurethane binder. Dispose of old or excess materials in accordance with your local laws. Consult Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for further health and safety information including advise on transportation of materials. 

LIMITED WARRANTY: Because the manufacturer has no control over proper substrate preparation or method of application, no guarantee as to results is offered, expressed or implied. The manufacturer guarantees against defects in supplied materials only for a period of up to 5 years for commercial & vehicle use applications and up to 10 years for residential foot-traffic only use applications or for the duration of time that the authorized installer or dealer guarantees the installation and labour for the project on which the materials have been used, whichever is shorter. Should the authorized installer or dealer fail to fulfill its installation and labour warranty obligations to its clients, the manufacturer accepts no responsibility of any kind for these claims. If supplied materials are found to be defective, replacement materials will be provided either free of charge or the defective material cost will be reimbursed at the manufacturer’s option. Labour, surface preparation, tools or any other associated costs are not covered by this warranty. Responsibility for claims of any kind is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the materials. Warranty claims to the manufacturer must be made in writing within seven days of discovering the defect or when should have been discovered with reasonable diligence. Materials are not guaranteed against wear, misuse, inadequate substrate preparation or inadequate installation process. Liquid materials used after one year from date of purchase or use of liquid materials that have been frozen will invalidate all warrantees. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for any claims or statements made by the authorized installer or dealer to their clients regarding the suitability and performance of the materials installed. Supplied materials will not create a water-proof, water-tight or water-resistant surface and should not be sold as or used as such. Any warranty claim is limited to verified material purchases from Rubapave only, if any materials used during installation are found to have been purchased from sources other than Rubapave all warranties shall be void. Rubapave materials are not suitable for underwater use in areas deeper than 3 feet (91 centimeters). Purchaser must inspect all orders upon arrival/pickup as any claims for materials damaged during transportation or missing from shipment shall be void unless damage is photographed and/or noted on the shipping bill of lading at the time of delivery. 

RETURN POLICY: All sales are final. The manufacturer will not accept return of unused material under any circumstances. Purchaser is responsible for calculating their own material requirements and color ratios based on their individual requirement. Any guidance offered by the manufacturer regarding material requirements is based on its own historical installation experience only. Because the manufacturer has no control over installation size estimation, proper substrate preparation or method of application, no guarantee as to results is offered, expressed or implied. It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct quantities of any material. 

COLORS: The manufacturer accepts no responsibility or liability for color variations of any supplied material. All samples should be used as a general guideline only when selecting colors. Color matching between orders cannot be guaranteed. Variations will range depending on the color selected and availability of raw material. Colors of samples are based on the manufacturer’s colors at time of sample production. Colors may vary and change at any time without notice due to changes in technology, location, availability and production. Colors may be unavailable or be discontinued without notice and may be substituted for the next available color. Temporary yellowing or ambering of resin binders is a normal environmental reaction and is not covered under the limited warranty. Pictures of rubber color may differ greatly from their actual appearance. Any warranty claims for inconsistency of delivered color shall be void unless photographed and reported to Rubapave at time of delivery.
